Rebranding and sign design program for an updated transit-based work center
2999 Oak Road is a Class-A commercial building adjacent to Walnut Creek BART station with approximately 200,000 square feet and 10 stories with a five-level parking garage. This legacy building had an imbedded brand as the Vodafone building. Shannon Leigh was hired by WeidnerCA as a design partner working for CBRE.
The scope included renaming the project, designing a brand identity, and implementing the new brand on site signage. Updating the interior sign program was also a part of the building-wide renovation. The Shannon Leigh design team collaborated with the owner’s interior design firm, landscape architect, and signage fabricator to come up with an exciting new look and feel.
