A master sign program mirroring a sophisticated Mediterranean style.
Encasa is a luxurious, modern apartment community in Sunnyvale with easy access to the Greenbelt and park, minutes from downtown and the Tech Corridor. Shannon Leigh was tasked with taking the project from concept/schematic design to programming, and finally construction documentation and project coordination. The end-result was a sleek master sign program harmonizing with the development’s sophisticated Mediterranean architectural style.
The design included identification signs, exterior and interior wayfinding signs, campus map, building identification signs, residential unit identification signs, exterior monument identification, parking lot and garage identification signs, exterior and interior code and regulatory signage, interior amenities signs.
